Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across various sectors, including road construction and civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, including road infrastructure for local councils and government agencies.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Manage team outputs to achieve high-quality results, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Over 10 years' experience in the civil construction industry, with at least 2 years' experience in project management.
- Experience in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, and road construction, with a strong understanding of TMR requirements.
- Collaborative management style to build a close, outcome-focused team.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder and client engagement experience.
