Are you passionate about streetwear?

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant.

As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing product information, making recommendations, and accurately processing sales transactions.

In addition, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensure store standards are met, and replenish stock as needed.

You will also address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about streetwear and fashion, has strong customer service skills, and is performance-driven and motivated.

If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Provide product information and make recommendations
  • Accurately process sales transactions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Ensure store standards are met, and stock is replenished
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
