An exciting opportunity exists for a Warehouse Storeperson to become a vital part of our thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing the processes related to incoming and outgoing shipments.
  2. Picking, recording, and invoicing parts that are purchased and sold.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies in picking, packing, or damaged stock to the Parts Manager.
  4. Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organized.
  5. Stocking shelves and placing inventory in the correct locations.
  6. Assisting with stocktaking procedures, whether annual or ongoing, in accordance with company guidelines.
  7. Adhering to all opening and closing protocols to secure parts and store inventory.
  8. Upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  9. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of all orders.
  10. Handling the delivery and collection of goods.
  11. Maintaining a tidy and safe environment in both the store and yard.
Qualifications for Success
  1. Experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  3. Proficient in computer usage.
  4. Exceptional customer service skills with effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  5. Commitment to adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
  6. Physical capability to lift heavy items and remain standing for extended periods.
  7. A valid driver's license is required.
  8. Certification to operate a forklift and proficiency in using other warehouse equipment.
  9. Self-driven, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment while following the branch manager's instructions.

This position entails a minimum of 40 hours per week, with a Saturday roster system of 1 to 2 per month potentially required.
