Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator at Goodstart, you will be responsible for engaging and supervising children at all times, maintaining a safe environment, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development in children
  • Engage with children and families to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being of children and staff
  • Work collaboratively with other Educators and centre staff to achieve centre goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
