About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Leader to join our team at CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction for our CFD and Share Trading products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to position our CFD and Share Trading platforms as market leaders.
  • Work closely with our product teams, sales, and customer services to build product knowledge and provide insights to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and integrate this information into product marketing plans.
  • Refine and maintain customer propositions based on feedback and changing buyer personas/customer needs.
  • Support product teams in prioritizing product and feature builds to ensure customer-centricity.
  • Develop a Voice of Customer (VoC) framework to provide customer feedback to support product development and enhancements.
  • Drive the adoption, use, and advocacy of our CFD and Share Trading platforms to achieve annual commercial targets.
  • Develop and deliver new product propositions for key customer segments, based on market research and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to evaluate our proposition in market and suggest improvements or future growth opportunities.
  • Work with our growth marketing team to develop educational content to drive upsell, cross-sell, and product stickiness.
  • Provide ongoing reporting on product marketing/GTM programs to drive continual improvements and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong product marketing experience (ideally 8+ years) with a proven track record of driving product growth and customer engagement.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years people management experience.
  • Curiosity and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work with and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Commercial skills to understand the role of product features within company strategy and commercial return on investment.
  • Knowledge of or passion for the financial markets and online share trading.
  • Understanding of end-to-end campaign management and experience working with brand marketing teams, agencies, and digital teams.
  • Relevant university degree in business, marketing, or media/communications.
