Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care services to our children.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging learning programs that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of our services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children's individual needs and abilities.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
