About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Consultant. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport and trust with members, understanding their financial goals and aspirations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive branch environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, and provide members with expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our members. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong understanding of financial services and products, and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to members.
