Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Clients assisting with their insurance needs
  • Collect client information for new quotes, renewals, endorsements and enquiries
  • When necessary work with the claims team to finalise claims
  • Process payments, cancellations and refunds
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Liaise with underwriters and industry partners
  • Build report and deliver great customer service

Requirements

  • Tier 1 in Insurance Broking
  • Experience working within the Insurance industry
  • Enjoy building relationships with clients
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Eager to learn and deliver great results
