We are seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join our team in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs.

This role is ideal for strong communicators who can thrive in fast-paced working environments with ever-changing priority lists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the Commercial Service Department, including coordinating works, data management and administrative support to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for work requests from clients and account managers
  • Utilize internal data management systems and CRMs to log job details, raise job orders, client invoicing, track expenses and inventory
  • Allocate and distribute works while maintaining open communication with service technicians to ensure successful completion of client requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance activities into logical work order sequences ensuring all information is logged through relevant online client portals
  • Perform administration support duties including spreadsheet data maintenance, service report preparation and form/template creation for the Service Department
  • Provide ad hoc administrative assistance across the service business
