We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests, handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks to customers
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area
  • Assist with basic food preparation and packaging during peak times
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle minor complaints
  • Follow company procedures for health, safety, and hygiene
  • Support senior staff and follow instructions to develop skills and knowledge

Senior Front of House Role

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, Senior Front of House Team Members will lead by example, setting the standard for customer service and team performance. They will also train and mentor junior team members, handle complex customer issues, and oversee daily operations.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills
