Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Aqua Aerobics classes that cater to diverse member needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with other instructors and facility staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives that enhance member engagement and retention

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate members of all ages and backgrounds
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Current qualifications and certifications in exercise instruction and first aid
  • Working With Children Check and National Police Check
