Job Description

We are seeking an Australian-based DevOps engineer to support the rapid growth of Artemis. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will report to the DevOps Lead, providing ongoing support and development of the Artemis solution.

Your key responsibilities include integrating new solutions, pushing new builds into testing, and leading in the absence of the DevOps Lead. You will work closely with the DevOps Lead and other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Requirements
  • You have 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • You are an expert in container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, including architecture and administration.
  • You have considerable proficiency with Python.
  • You have some proficiency with Bash.
  • You have strong Open-Source experience.
  • You have strong experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Saltstack.
  • You have considerable experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus.
  • You have familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You are able to write custom Kubernetes controllers and operators using Go.
  • You have considerable experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • You are passionate about technology and have a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
