Job Overview

Deliver exceptional customer service and administration support as a Cloud Operations professional.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, administering the Cloud contract process, training and onboarding Cloud Partners, processing quarterly Reseller Rebates, providing customer service, quoting cloud consumption, ensuring vendor deals are reported in HubSpot, communicating credit and payment terms, validating purchase orders, and proactive ETA, POD, and Licensing Confirmation.

Requirements
  • High School Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and customer service-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with bills of materials, quoting, and ERP systems is desirable.
  • Organizing credit within our organization is highly desirable.
