Job Description:

  • Manage interactions with customers to guide them through the home loan journey from search, to settlement, and beyond.
  • Assist customers in finding and purchasing properties by providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with our processing team to ensure seamless and efficient deal submission and settlement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your store.
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
