About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a passionate and driven professional, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals' recovery and return to work and life.

  • You will conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.
  • Your responsibilities will include supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • You will interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements
  • You must be an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant membership).
  • You must have a desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • You must hold a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must have excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • You must demonstrate honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
  • You must show a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
