We're hiring a full-time permanent Maintenance Technician for the Royal North Hospital in St Leonards.

As a Maintenance Technician with Ventia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital's facilities. You'll provide support to site-based trades, safely operate machinery and tools, and assist with non-mechanical maintenance and construction tasks.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive remuneration package also includes employee benefits such as discounts on Health Insurance, Banking, flights and accommodation, car hire and much more.

About You:

  • You'll have previous experience in a similar role and be competent using various hand tools.
  • Must be physically fit and able to conduct a variety of manual handling tasks.

Job Description:

About the Role
  • Provide support to site-based trades as required to assist in the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Relocate and dispose of hospital furnishings including chairs, tables, bed and various equipment.
  • Safely operate machinery and tools and assist in non-mechanical maintenance and construction as required.
