Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily service across multiple outlets, including the Café, Bar & Dining (CBD), Soleil Pool Bar, and Room Service.
  2. Support and guide team members during shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Lead by example to maintain high service standards and provide excellent customer experiences.
  4. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready work environment.
  6. Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines at all times.

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
  4. Professional grooming and presentation, with RSA certification.
  5. A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
