About the Role

We are seeking a high-achieving leader to spearhead our Sydney operations.

This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and team performance within their store. They will foster a culture that prioritizes an elevated customer experience through CLASS selling steps, while promoting team investment, employee engagement, and consistent growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a high-performance culture that promotes team investment, employee engagement, retention, and consistent growth and development.
  • Cultivate a supportive and candid feedback environment focused on recognizing, developing, and elevating team members.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, displaying etiquette in all forms of communication.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive sales performance within the store aligned with retail goals, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales reports to inform commercial decisions, generating sustained traffic increase and sales performance.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines as directed by the VM Team, ensuring strong commercial execution.
