About the role:
As a Tanker Operator at Cement Australia, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of cement products.
- Have a strong commitment to safety and comply with all Cement Australia safety requirements.
- Participate in shifts up to 14 hours.
- Ensure that all product is delivered in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload Cement Tankers and liaise with the Operations team in relation to product delivery.
- Whilst away, meals and accommodation will be provided.
- Overnight travel may be required depending on what works are scheduled.
- Overtime is available every weekend - paid at overtime rates.
The roster for this position is day shift, commencing between 4:00am-6:00am.
The hourly rate for this position is $36.07 per hour up to 10 hours - anything worked over is then paid at $63.24 per hour.
About you:
- Demonstrated suitable driving history with a HC or MC licence.
- BFM accredited or willing to obtain.
- A strong safety and customer service focus.
- Consistent record of reliability.
- Tanker experience preferred.
