We're seeking a talented Brand Manager - Activations to join our team at Metcash. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering standout state marketing campaigns, events, and activations that help the IGA brand shine.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Victorian execution of national marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Develop and manage Victorian state-specific campaigns across all channels, from concept to delivery, collaborating with our state merchandise, promotions, and operations teams.
- Assist retailers in creating localized marketing plans that boost their brand visibility and help them connect with their local communities.
- Collaborate with the team to source and share amazing community stories that highlight IGA retailers and their local impact.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activations are aligned with the IGA brand and delivered to perfection.
- Coordinate fun, engaging state and local retailer events, charitable sponsorships, and retailer communication.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or activations, preferably in FMCG or independent retail.
- Talent for managing activation events and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every detail is just right.
- Experience with multiple media platforms, including online, social media, TV, radio, and press.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, with a passion for marketing and a knack for getting things done.
