The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the testing of Core Banking projects, including Internet Banking and mobile banking applications.
  • Developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of testing activities and results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in the planning, monitoring, and control of testing activities and tasks.
  • Actively participating in workshops, specification reviews, and technical reviews.
  • Implementing testing as per the Test Strategy and providing inputs to the Test Strategy.
  • Creating Test Plans, deriving project-specific estimates, and planning and coordinating test activities/deliverables in accordance with the test schedule.
  • Facilitating daily scrum and sprint initiatives, communicating with stakeholders, and providing Test Reports.
  • Raising and managing project-specific risks and issues, measuring the quality of work, and assessing team members' work.
  • Capturing traceability metrics (requirements, test cases, test execution, defects), building team documentation, and enabling mentoring of new members.
  • Reporting upon testing activities, including Test Summary Reports, reviewing testing entry/exit criteria, identifying test environment requirements, and coordinating shakedown testing for project test environments.
  • Managing test data requirements.
