Flight Instructor

As a Flight Instructor with CAE, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality training to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Conduct training duties in accordance with FSI job descriptions, ensuring that all training is delivered to the highest standards.
- FOLLOW Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend revisions where appropriate, contributing to continuous improvement within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of courseware and training materials, including theoretical examinations, to meet CASA requirements.
- Monitor student progress and develop action plans to support students who require additional assistance, promoting academic success.
- Promote process improvements and enhancements to courseware, training materials, and documentation used by the ATO.
- Participate in Progress, Academic & Disciplinary Review Boards, providing recommendations for remedial actions when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Instructor or HOT, supporting the smooth operation of the training program.
