Senior Medtech Research and Development Leader

The role combines project leadership with rigorous scientific and engineering contributions.
We are looking for a candidate to lead medtech R&D projects across diverse domains and geographies, manage project plans and deliverables, and contribute to product development and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects in medtech
- Develop and manage project plans and budgets
- Support business consulting and client relationship-building
- Act as a point of contact with clients and international partners
- Conduct laboratory and prototyping work
- Apply hypothesis-driven experimentation
- Collaborate with specialists and communicate technical complexity
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of industry experience in R&D, engineering consulting, or product development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Basic soldering and electronics prototyping skills
- Experience with chemistry handling and laboratory safety
- Full working rights in Australia and a driver's license
