As a pivotal team member of the Project Management Office (PMO), this role will play a vital part in ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives, enhance business preparedness, and foster stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and requirements that support project goals.
  • Develop business process models, gap analyses, and future-state assessments to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop communications, and support training and engagement to drive successful project delivery and adoption.
  • Assist with business case and project documentation, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams through workshops and consultations to gather input and build consensus.
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness, recommending improvements where required to maintain a high level of business analysis and change capability.
Required Capabilities and Experience:
  • Proven experience in business analysis and/or change management within project environments, with a strong understanding of business process improvement and change methodologies.
  • Able to work independently to solve problems and manage priorities, while also demonstrating sound judgment and analytical thinking to inform business and project decisions.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes, and communicates complex information clearly and effectively across various audiences.
  • Facilitates discussions and consultations to gain input and build stakeholder understanding and support.
