Your Role:

  • Act as a clinical leader, responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing personalized care plans for residents
  • Enhance your clinical assessment skills while leading the provision of clinical services
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and family members to advocate for the quality of life of our clients
  • Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in registered nursing within aged or community care, or a strong desire to transition into aged care from other health sectors
  • Commitment to modern aged care nursing practices
  • Possession of a Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
  • Attributes of adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, and excellent time management, aligned with Uniting's core values
