Job Description:

This role involves the processing of medium to high volume invoices, creation and assistance with purchase orders, matching POs with supplier invoices, and following up with staff and suppliers to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, the incumbent will assist the accountant and accounts payable team with ad-hoc duties and perform general administration tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and manage invoices for payment
  2. Create and coordinate purchase orders
  3. Verify accuracy of supplier invoices
  4. Resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices
  5. Support the accounting and AP teams with administrative tasks
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in accounts payable administration, strong data entry skills, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
