At Jacobs, we're dedicated to creating a more connected, sustainable world. As a Senior Water Engineer based in Sydney or Newcastle, you'll be part of our ANZ Water sector team, driving innovation and excellence in water infrastructure design.

**Your Role:**

You will engage in multidisciplinary water engineering planning and design across NSW and the ANZ region. With your expertise, you'll uphold industry best practices for stellar technical and commercial results, supporting the ANZ Water performance unit through proposal writing and design tasks.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering (civil, mechanical, process)
  • In the region of 5+ years' experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and/or conveyance infrastructure design
  • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability and maintenance practices, WSA and client codes and standards relevant for the Australian water industry
  • A team player with an ability to work in multidisciplinary teams located in Australia and overseas
  • Ability to project manage small to medium engineering design projects
  • Outstanding communication and report writing abilities.
