About the Role

We are seeking a well-presented professional with outstanding customer service and administration skills to join our team as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant at Barden Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will provide reception, administrative, and rostering support to the Facility Manager and the Director of Care.

The successful applicant will be a self-starter with exceptional organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. You will be a flexible office all-rounder who enjoys working in a busy environment, adding value and contributing to making a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Facility Manager and the Director of Care.
  • Manage rosters and schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care.
  • Well-presented with a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Task-focused with the ability to time manage, prioritise, and multi-task.
  • Strong administration skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
