Mental Health Specialist | Competitive Split + Set Your Own Fees

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time subcontracting basis. As a mental health specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the sector while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.

- Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of working in a Hybrid model allowing you to work Face to face or via Telehealth.
- Diverse Client Base: Treat a diverse client base with presentations including ADHD, ASD, Autism Anxiety, Depression.
- Consistent Referrals: Direct referrals from GPs, TAC, Workcover, Private and NDIS streams ensuring a buildable and steady caseload.
- Administrative Support: Full administration support provided to you as a clinician including bookings, billings, rescheduling etc.
- Collaborative Team Culture: Work amongst an encouraging team of Psychologists and benefit from regular peer supervision with board-approved supervisor colleagues as well as informal supervision and regular free team events and dinners.
- Registration as a Psychiatrist with AHPRA.
- Desire to work in a team to enhance patient outcomes.
- At least 3+ years experience working as a Psychiatrist.
- Expertise in Mental Health Recruitment: We specialise in your field, understanding the current market and demands of mental health roles across Australia.
