A leading Radiography Professional is sought to guide and inspire teams across Brisbane North.
This pivotal role provides both leadership and technical expertise, fostering growth and performance of CT/X-Ray teams. As a senior leader, you will manage radiographers, ensuring top-tier patient care and operational excellence.
Collaborating with Regional Management, you will drive innovation and efficiency. By supporting team development and performance, you will help achieve current and future goals.

This is a genuine chance to lead a large team of radiographers across multiple locations and play a significant role in patient care, quality imaging, and operational success.
About You
You have a focus on patient care and outcomes, a passion for creating positive change within the modality, and a commitment to continual improvement and lifelong learning.
- Demonstrate leadership that inspires high-performing teams.
- Effectively manage staff recruitment and rostering.
- Maintain professional patient care standards, confidentiality, and moral/ethical codes.
- Oversee modality trainee programs and development opportunities.
- Initiate process improvements and support system enhancements.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Regional Management team.
You will also have
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on current developments.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with patients.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Ideally, previous people management experience.
