Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Inclusion Support Educator. As part of our team, you will be working closely with children with disabilities and additional needs, as well as their families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Modifying activities to encourage and facilitate participation for children with additional needs.
  • Following behaviour management plans and providing guidance principles.
  • Completing observations and reflections to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with a Director of Service, 2IC Coordinator, and Educators to provide a high-quality program.
  • Creating an inclusive and fun environment where children feel safe, engaged, and well-supervised.
