We are seeking a qualified Counsellor to join our team at the Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC).

**Role Overview:**

In this role, you will work with individuals who have been sexually assaulted and/or sexually abused to provide crisis support and counselling services.

You will be responsible for building rapport with clients to support their recovery journey and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Providing crisis support and counselling services to individuals who have been sexually assaulted and/or sexually abused.

- Building rapport with clients to support their recovery journey.

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

**Essential Requirements:**

- A degree in Counselling or a related field.

- Experience working with trauma and abuse survivors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
