Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware and software, ensuring timely and effective resolution to internal and external customers.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders, including product, technical, and customer-relations questions.
  • Proactively assist in preventing or reducing problem occurrence through proactive notification systems and internal/external business partnerships.
  • Act as a mentor and guide to other employees, providing direction and guidance on process improvements.
  • Articulate complex technical information clearly and effectively to clients, recommending and explaining resolutions.
  • Utilize ITIL best practices to ensure efficient and effective service management.
  • Represent the company in face-to-face customer interactions, industry conferences, trade shows, and vendor meetings.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and networking concepts.
  • General operational expertise, including troubleshooting skills, understanding of systems capacity, bottlenecks, and basic knowledge of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks.
  • Good knowledge of airflow, spark, SQL, Livy, Superset, Kubeflow, MLflow, Feast, and Ray.
  • Intermediate Shell Scripting skills and basic programming skills in Java or Python.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to working non-standard hours, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Good understanding of AI/ML is an added advantage.
