Creative Visual Designer Position

We're seeking a skilled Junior Visual Designer to join our team and support us in creating innovative visual design solutions. As a member of our International Visual Design Studio, you'll work alongside consultants to develop visually engaging products and materials.
- Designing visual elements for reports, presentations, and other communications materials
- Collaborating with consultants to develop visually engaging products
- Providing creative options and working through an iterative refinement process
- Maintaining a high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
This role involves working across multiple projects and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to create enduring solutions. You'll have opportunities to work on Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and will be required to support the broader development of our Visual Design library.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, mastery of the creative design process, and intermediate skills in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. They will also be required to work closely with our Senior Visual Designer to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of visual design.
