The OpportunityJoin our team as a Trainee Bus Driver and contribute to the success of our fleet of drivers who keep communities connected and moving. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under the guidance of our experienced trainers.
We welcome applicants with a current QLD Car driver's licence (Automatic minimum) and a good attitude. We will handle the rest with our comprehensive training program.
The ProgramKinetics' bus drivers are dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services to passengers. Our focus on customer service sets us apart from other operators, and we strive to create an inclusive environment that reflects the diversity of our communities.
As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will participate in a 3-week induction training program that includes classroom and on-road training. You will also receive lessons to obtain a Medium Rigid (MR) license and State Driving Authority.

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with the public. If you have a current QLD Car driver's licence (Automatic minimum) and are willing to obtain a QLD Driving Authority, we encourage you to apply.
Please note that all applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment functional and drug and alcohol clearance, and hold Australian Work Rights.
SalaryOur estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.
