ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE ROLE

This is an opportunity to join a team of skilled technicians and support staff who deliver value for customers by balancing cost, risk, and performance. The local team designs and provides customised solutions for clients to support them in their energy, industrial and digital transitions.

Key responsibilities include assisting on-site managers with installation, reading and interpreting drawings/specifications, programming, testing, and commissioning of electrical and cabling systems across commercial building sites and premises. You will work in a team to successfully deliver electrical & data communications projects, follow relevant codes and industry standards for electrical installation and maintenance, establish relationships with customers, colleagues, and managers, and effectively manage administrative requirements.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Year 12 (preferable)
  • Pre-apprenticeship (Pre-App) AQF Certificate Level 2 in Electrotechnology
  • Construction induction card preferred
  • Australian driver's license advantageous
