Router Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and ongoing maintenance of Shoda routers, thereby maximizing utilisation and efficient operation during the manufacturing process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise router performance through regular maintenance and equipment checks.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with Shoda Routers or equivalent systems is essential.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary, along with a strong attention to detail.
  • A high level of mechanical and electrical aptitude is also desired.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to take ownership and learn are expected.
  • Teamwork and an understanding of G code and Ladder Logic (advantageous) are highly valued.

This is a full-time permanent position requiring self-motivation and a willingness to put in the work needed to complete jobs efficiently.


As part of the selection process, applicants must undergo a pre-employment medical examination including functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
