About the Role

Our Home and Community Service seeks a dedicated Home Care Worker to provide essential assistance to clients, aiding them in daily tasks to maintain independence and comfort at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation.
  • Assist clients with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Support clients to meet social needs, including companionship and engagement in activities.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

About You

We require our Home Care Workers to be dedicated, reliable, and flexible, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability.
  • Current National Police Certificate.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Immunization against Tetanus and Hepatitis B.
  • Completion of Assist Clients with Medication or commitment to obtain.
  • Completion of Recognize Healthy Body Systems or commitment to obtain.
