We are seeking a highly motivated Disability Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging directly with NDIS SDA eligible clients and their families, facilitating housing solutions, building strong networks with care providers and stakeholders, guiding participants through the SDA housing journey, coordinating seamless home placements, collaborating with our Development team on custom built homes, and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and CRM updates.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-driven and reliable, have empathy towards individuals with disabilities, and be committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with NDIS SDA eligible clients and their families
  • Facilitate housing solutions for clients / SDA Participants
  • Build strong networks with care providers and key stakeholders
  • Guide participants through the SDA housing journey
  • Coordinate seamless home placements from walkthroughs to handovers
  • Collaborate with our Development team on custom built homes
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and CRM updates

About the Role:

This is an active out and about role requiring regular travel to homes and stakeholders across Victoria. A current unrestricted driver's license is required.
