Job Title: Operational Risk Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Operational Risk Manager to join their Capital Acquisition Program.

The purpose of this role is to ensure operational risk and compliance for the program and projects is adhered to for successful consistency and quality assurance.

This includes providing hands-on support for development of risk identification, mitigation and actioning treatments that involve market, finance, contract, project and operational risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and excellent stakeholder relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update risk registers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform risk assessments by analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that have the potential to occur if not mitigated.
  • Conduct compliance audits and provide support for risk and issue management.
  • Build risk awareness amongst staff by providing training and support to project and program staff.
