Amentum is seeking a skilled Property and Leasing Officer to join our team in Alice Springs. This role plays a crucial part in managing property inspections, coordinating move-ins, and delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing property inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, facilitating move-in processes, and supporting marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. You will work closely with team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and maintain accurate data in contact management systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and oversee their completion
  • Assist with maintenance coordination and ensure timely follow-up with contractors
  • Facilitate move-in processes and manage communication with new arrivals and existing employees
  • Support marketing strategies to attract potential tenants
  • Attend open inspections and maintain accurate data in contact management systems
  • Assist with administrative tasks and integrate safety principles into daily activities
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to adapt to changing priorities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Property Management Registration or Real Estate License (current and valid in NT)
  • 2-3 years of experience in property administration with strong communication and detail orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
  • High level of client service skills and friendly, professional demeanor
  • Valid Driver's License and Police Clearance
  • Ability to undertake a Work Health Assessment

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$95,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Amentum offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, superannuation, and paid time off.
