Craft exceptional cocktails and beverages. Here, you can explore your creativity and enthusiasm for diverse flavors and ingredients. By expanding your expertise in mixology, spirits, and brews, you will provide guests with unique tasting adventures while also taking pride in serving their favorite drinks to perfection. In addition, you will manage daily operations, guarantee outstanding customer service, coordinate staff schedules, oversee inventory, and maintain bar cleanliness. Strong leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
QualificationsWhat you will contribute to the team:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume beverage service environment. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for food & beverage, along with solid knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers. Promptly and efficiently respond to guest requests, consistently aiming for total customer satisfaction. Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
