Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for helping to manage the team, train and coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the team during peak periods
  • Train and coach staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
  • Manage floor operations, including running food, clearing tables, and taking orders

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential

  • Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
