Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our team in Wodonga. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating work packages to deliver a safe, efficient, and timely program of works.

  • ">
  • Develop accurate work packages to enable crews to commence and complete tasks without delay or rework.">
  • Coordinate materials, services, and fleet to ensure seamless execution.">
  • Optimise travel time, reduce supply interruptions, and enhance customer satisfaction through smart work packaging.">
  • Prepare robust planning folders with all required documentation to support efficient field delivery.">
  • Validate and update Reasonable Estimates (REs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.">
  • Book third-party services such as civil works and traffic management to support timely delivery.">
  • Undertake system transactions including scheduling and planning entries to support operational readiness.">
  • Conduct site visits to assess safe and efficient delivery methodologies tailored to each location.">
  • Notify relevant authorities and secure equipment to meet compliance and operational standards.">
