As a Restaurant General Manager at Guzman y Gomez, you will be responsible for leading our daily operations across two restaurants. You will empower your team through coaching and training, while managing your portfolios P&L. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership experience from within a quick service restaurant environment, strong financial and commercial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience from within a quick service restaurant environment
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
