About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and degree-qualified Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate/Junior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, working closely with stakeholders, and liaising with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including product installation and project requirements
  • Carry out hands-on structural analysis to ensure projects meet technical standards
  • Prepare reports and conduct design reviews to ensure projects meet client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain a knowledge base of technical standards to ensure projects meet industry requirements
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified Structural Engineer with a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand construction standards
  • Construction industry experience preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed English written and verbal skills
  • Experience/knowledge of facades and panels would be well regarded
  • A team player who can function effectively when working autonomously
  • Positive, driven, and determined individual
