Project Leadership Role

Take charge of driving projects forward as a senior project manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex projects, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for project success.
  • Establish clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Design and implement effective project governance processes.
  • Manage project planning, ensuring detailed plans are produced.
  • Advise on resource procurement strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques using KPIs.
  • Manage change control processes effectively.
  • Oversee project finances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate project information flow between teams and stakeholders.
  • Produce regular project progress reports.
  • Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work with senior team members to construct bids for new work.
  • Represent the project team in client pitches and presentations.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the general construction industry.
  • Leadership experience in medium to high complexity projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • A thorough understanding of the total project lifecycle.
