We're seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients across various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-informed speech therapy services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
- Provide expert supervision and mentoring to junior team members.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals to deliver holistic care.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with the relevant professional association.
- Demonstrated clinical experience (3+ years preferred) in dysphagia/swallowing assessments.
- Adult communication assessment and therapy skills (preferred).
- High-level clinical documentation and reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
