About the Role
The Head of Campus is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the Mount Isa Flexible School. The successful candidate will provide leadership and supervision to staff and students, working collaboratively with the Area Principal, Regional Support Team members, and other EREA Flexi Schools personnel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff and students
- Develop and implement programs for students at risk
- Lead a multi-disciplinary community in reflection and collaboration
- Develop and implement a range of learning choices and assessments
- Provide leadership in trauma-informed practice and wellbeing support
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Teaching or Social/Behavioural Sciences
- Eligibility for teacher registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current open driver's license and willingness to drive school buses
- Demonstrated commitment to the values of Edmund Rice Education Australia
- Substantial knowledge of and experience in leadership and education
