About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team dedicated to solving problems and generating great outcomes for our staff and clients as a Business Analyst. As a key member of our platform team, you will be responsible for understanding our staff and customer needs by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, uncovering pain points, and conducting user story refinement.

You will also work closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to ensure our highest value problems are prioritised and define and execute test cases to ensure releases are high quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team.
  • Ability to juggle priorities, manage deadlines, and pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.

Prior experience with Salesforce projects would be highly desirable.
